How do I take care of my candle?

Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting your candle to prevent the wick from ‘mushrooming’.

Allow the wax pool to melt all the way to the edges of your vessel before extinguishing a lit candle to ensure an even burn and prevent the candle from ‘tunnelling’.

Never leave your candle burning longer than 2-3 hours at a time. 

Discontinue use when the wax reaches 1-1.5cm from the bottom of your vessel.


How can I clean and reuse my vessel?

Once your candle nears the end — give your vessel another life and reuse it for another purpose. Pour hot water into your vessel, watch the candle wax melt and float to the surface. Once the water has cooled, remove the wax and drain the water.

Yes! Our local pick up points are either Sunnybank QLD 4109 or Brisbane City QLD 4000. We will contact you to arrange pickup time and location when your order is ready!


What are the ingredients in your candles?

Our candles are locally hand poured in Brisbane which are poured in small batches. We use 100% natural soy wax, cotton wicks and premium fragrance oils made from a combination of essential oils and synthetics. Our products are cruelty-free and phthalate-free.


Why don't my candles look the same?

Our candles have been hand poured with as much care as possible to maintain quality throughout the process. By nature, there may be inconsistencies between each candle. We hope you can cherish the beauty and uniqueness of these imperfections as much as we do.

Why does my candle have wet spots?

Wet spots occur when wax pulls away from the container edge. Wax expands when it heats up and contracts as it cools. Anytime the temperature changes, candle wax risks pulling away from the jar sides.

Adhesion problems are completely unavoidable since their cause is primarily due to changes in the environment. The wet spots are only cosmetic and does not affect the performance/burning of the candle.
